Does the widget slow down my PDP?+
No. The widget bundle is < 20KB gzipped and lazy-loads on first interaction. Recommendations return in under 200ms globally.

Can I change plans?+
Yes, upgrade or downgrade any time from the billing portal. Prorated automatically.
What happens to body measurements?+
Customer measurements are never persisted. Only the resulting recommendation, a confidence score, and an anonymous session id are stored — exactly what's needed for analytics.
Are you GDPR compliant?+
Yes. EU data residency is available on Enterprise, and we sign a DPA. Photo uploads (when used) live in a private bucket and are only accessible via short-lived signed URLs.
Do end customers need accounts?+
No. The widget works fully anonymously. Customers can optionally save a fit profile, but it is never required.
Is the AI real?+
Today we use a deterministic weighted scoring engine across body measurements and fit preference. The product is architected so the same recommendation contract can be served by a trained model — no UI change required on your side.
What about image-based fit prediction?+
The data plumbing is in place: body profiles, optional photo upload, fit prediction records. The ML model that consumes them is on the roadmap.
